What payment plans are available?
Via McConechy’s, you can now access Payment Assist, enabling you to divide the cost of any purchase of £200 or more, over 4 or 12 months at 0% interest as shown in the examples below:
0% representative APR (fixed). Assumed credit limit £1000.
*For repayment in 4 instalments, a 25% deposit is payable on the day of purchase, with the balance paid in three (3) equal monthly instalments over the following three (3) months.
**For repayment in 12 instalments, an 8.33% (i.e. one twelfth) deposit is payable on the day of purchase, with the balance paid in eleven (11) equal monthly instalments over the following eleven (11) months.
Who is Payment Assist?
Payment Assist Limited is a short-term loan provider based in Leicestershire, which has been operational since 2013.
Payment Assist Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and is entered on the Financial Services Register under registration number 622544.
Am I eligible for finance?
Your eligibility for finance from Payment Assist will be subject to your personal circumstances. However as a minimum, you will need to be 18 years or older, and a permanent UK resident.
Will I be credit checked?
If you choose the 4-month payment plan, Payment Assist will only conduct a soft-search assessment that will not affect your credit rating.
If you choose the 12-month payment plan, Payment Assist will again only conduct a soft-search assessment, unless your application exceeds £1,000 for which a full credit check will be undertaken.
How do the payment plans work?
If you choose the 4-month payment plan, a 25% deposit will be payable on the day of purchase, with the balance to be paid in three (3) equal monthly instalments over the following three (3) months.
If you choose the 12-month payment plan, an 8.33% (i.e. one twelfth) deposit will be payable on the day of purchase, with the balance to be paid in eleven (11) equal monthly instalments over the following eleven (11) months.
